Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent and fair refund guidelines

At Savitri Kamla Sahyog Foundation, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in our refund and cancellation policies. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for donations, event fees, or other payments made to the foundation.

Donations

Savitri Kamla Sahyog Foundation is a non-profit organization. All donations made to the foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support our social welfare programs.

As a general policy:

  • • Donations are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • • Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • • Donation receipts are issued for record and compliance purposes only

Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

In case of a technical error, such as:

  • • Duplicate payment
  • • Incorrect donation amount due to system malfunction

The donor may contact us within 7 working days of the transaction date. After verification, a refund may be processed at the sole discretion of the foundation.

Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank or payment method, the amount is usually automatically reversed by the payment gateway or bank within 5–7 working days.

If the amount is not reversed within this period, donors are requested to contact their respective bank or payment provider first.

Event or Program Fees

For paid events, workshops, or training programs organized by the foundation:

  • • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
  • • Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the specific event terms
  • • Administrative or processing fees may be deducted

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • • Processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway

Changes to This Policy

Savitri Kamla Sahyog Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
